I. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by the restaurant, including:
- Dining In
- The All-You-Can-Eat Buffet
- Reservations
- Takeout
Article 2 – Scope of Application
They apply to all services provided by the professional, without restriction.
Article 3 – Acceptance
The customer acknowledges having read the Terms and Conditions of Sale in accordance with Article L111-1 of the Consumer Code.
II. ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT BUFFET
Article 4 – Nature of the Service
An all-you-can-eat buffet is a dining service that allows guests to eat as much as they like in a strictly private setting.
Article 5 – Supervision
The customer agrees to behave in a manner consistent with the purpose of the service.
Article 6 – Restrictions
It is prohibited to:
- To share with a third party
- To bring food
- Abusing the service
Article 7 – Anti-Waste Clause
In accordance with the principles of proportionality and good faith in contractual relations, the restaurant reserves the right to charge for any excessive consumption or blatant waste.
Waste is defined as:
- Any significant amount left uneaten
- Any repeated pattern of excessive withdrawals
In the event of obvious food waste observed by restaurant staff, a flat fee of €10 may be charged to compensate for food that was unnecessarily taken but not consumed. The customer will be informed of this in advance.
Article 8 – Term
To ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant and to accommodate all guests, the restaurant may set a maximum time limit for table occupancy during certain busy periods.
Customers are informed of this limitation in advance.
III. PRICES AND FINANCIAL TERMS
Article 9 – Price
Prices are listed in euros, including tax.
Article 10 – Consumer Information and Price Display
The restaurant provides its customers with the information required by the laws and regulations applicable to restaurants.
Prices for services are listed in euros, including all taxes (TTC), and are displayed in accordance with current regulations.
Menus, food selections, set menus, and applicable prices are made available to customers in accordance with the regulations.
The restaurant also informs consumers in accordance with the procedures set forth in the applicable laws and regulations:
- The possible presence of allergens in the food served;
- The origin of the meat, when this information is required by law;
- The origin or source of the products, when required by regulations;
- Mandatory disclosures regarding alcoholic beverages and the protection of minors.
Customers are encouraged to ask the restaurant staff for any additional information regarding the ingredients in the dishes, allergens, or service policies.
Article 11 – Takeout Sales
Some products may be available for takeout, subject to the terms and prices posted at the establishment.
Available offers and their prices are subject to change at any time.
IV. RESERVATION
Article 12 – Terms and Conditions
Reservations can be made by phone, through the restaurant's website, or by any other means available to customers.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after the restaurant has confirmed it, when confirmation is required.
The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation, including the number of guests and contact information.
The restaurant reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation in the event of obviously incorrect information, previously observed inappropriate behavior, or for any legitimate reason related to the organization of service.
For groups, the restaurant may require specific reservation conditions, a deposit, or prior confirmation, all of which will be communicated to the customer before the reservation is confirmed.
Article 13 – Delay
The reservation is held for fifteen (15) minutes from the agreed-upon time.
Once this time period has passed and if the customer has not provided any information, the restaurant may freely use the reserved table.
Article 14 – Failure to Appear
If the customer fails to show up at the date and time of the reservation without prior cancellation or notification to the restaurant, the reservation will be considered automatically canceled.
In the event of repeated no-shows or unfulfilled reservations without a valid reason, the restaurant reserves the right to refuse any future reservations from the customer in question.
This measure is intended to ensure the quality of service and the availability of tables for the benefit of all our customers.
V. ALLERGENS
Article 15 – Allergen Information
In accordance with applicable regulations regarding consumer information on food products, a list of substances or products that may cause allergies or intolerances is made available to customers in writing.
Customers are asked to inform staff of any known food allergies or intolerances before consuming the products offered.
The restaurant takes all reasonable measures to inform its customers of the presence of allergens, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces resulting from the preparation, handling, or serving of food.
VI. LIABILITY
Article 16 –Limitation
The restaurant is bound by an obligation of means in the performance of its services.
The Company shall be liable only in the event of proven negligence and solely for direct damages resulting from the performance of the services provided.
The restaurant shall not be held liable for:
- Damage resulting from improper use of the facilities or equipment provided;
- Damages resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer at the time of booking;
- Cases of force majeure as defined in Article 1218 of the Civil Code;
- Consequential damages, business losses, loss of opportunity, or non-pecuniary damages suffered by the customer.
The provisions of this article apply subject to the public policy provisions applicable to consumers.
VII. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Article 17 – Exclusion
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for catering services provided on a specific date or at specific intervals.
Consequently, reservations made with the restaurant are not subject to any right of withdrawal once they have been confirmed.
This provision is without prejudice to any cancellation or modification terms that the restaurant has expressly accepted.
